Requirements
- No Active Subscription: Your HBO Max account must not have an active Premium plan.
- No Past Group Plan Participation: Your account must not have been part of any shared plan in the last 12 months.
- Account Reassignment Notice: If needed, we may re-add your account to a different family plan during your subscription. If your account can’t be re-added, you agree to use a new account or waive the refund.
Warranty Information
- Subscription Duration: Your subscription will last only as long as the warranty period. Any violation of the warranty or ToS rules may void your subscription.
- Refunds: If you purchase an upgrade for an account that cannot be upgraded and fail to read the warranty info, you must create a new account or forfeit your refund.
- ToS Violations: Breaking product ToS or any rule from our Discord or Telegram can void your warranty.
- Customer Selection: We reserve the right to select our customers. Any chargeback attempt or payment dispute will void your warranty and ban you from the shop.
