How It Works
- Submit Account Details: Provide the account details of the account you wish to upgrade at the time of payment.
- Region Change: Your region will be adjusted, but you can change the language and password once the upgrade is complete.
- Password Changes: Spotify may change your password due to new logins. You can always reset it if this happens.
- Warranty Period: The warranty applies for the entire subscription period. Any violation of the warranty terms may void your subscription.
- Subscription Duration: Your Premium subscription will last as specified in the title. When the period ends, the subscription will expire.

Requirements
- No Active Subscription: You must not have an active subscription.
- No Family Plan Participation: Your account must not have been part of any family plan in the past 12 months. We can help transfer playlists to a new account if needed.
- No Email or Username Changes: You can't change your email address or username while our upgrade is active. (You can change the password and language anytime after the upgrade is done.)
- Family Plan Changes: Within 12 months from the start of your upgrade, we might need to change your family plan and re-add you to a new one. If your account cannot be added back to a family plan, you agree to create a new account or forfeit your refund.
Warranty Information
- Subscription Duration: Your subscription will last only as long as the warranty period. Any violation of the warranty or ToS rules may void your subscription.
- Account Modifications: Changing account information, except for the password and language, will void your warranty. Adding a new card or making payments with a new card during the upgrade period will also void your warranty.
- Refunds: If you purchase an upgrade for an account that cannot be upgraded and fail to read the warranty info, you must create a new account or forfeit your refund.
- ToS Violations: Breaking product ToS or any rule from our Discord or Telegram can void your warranty.
- Customer Selection: We reserve the right to select our customers. Any chargeback attempt or payment dispute will void your warranty and ban you from the shop.
